01LNG Fuel Gas Supply Systems
On-site commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs for LNG fuel gas supply systems. Support for LNG tank cooldown and first LNG loading when returning cryogenic systems to service following repairs or maintenance.
LNG FUEL SYSTEMS02Dual Fuel Engines
Ten years of hands-on experience with dual-fuel medium-speed marine engines, combining field service and onboard operations. A distinctive understanding of their fault patterns and the repairs they require, with practical support for diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical repairs and overhauls.
ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS & REPAIRS03Automation & controls
On-site fault finding and repairs involving controls, alarms and instrumentation, with troubleshooting of control logic and system integration.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION04Hybrid & power systems
Technical support for hybrid system integration, power management system (PMS) diagnostics and interactions between power and propulsion.
POWER & PROPULSION05Owner’s Representation & Shipyard Support
Represent vessel owners during new builds and shipyard modifications, drawing on experience attending factory acceptance tests (FATs) and commissioning new vessels. Review technical deliverables against contract requirements, coordinate with shipyard and equipment teams, and track outstanding items through to completion.
NEW BUILDS / MODIFICATIONS / ACCEPTANCE TESTING06New vessel warranty management
Manage warranty issues following vessel delivery: maintain defect lists, coordinate with shipyards and equipment suppliers, track corrective work and document resolution. Hands-on experience with the warranty processes of Sanmar and Damen shipyards informs this work, supported by technical representation.
OWNER & PROJECT SUPPORT07Critical spares assessments
Review of machinery and system needs to inform critical spares planning, considering operational importance, maintainability and supply constraints.
OPERATIONAL READINESS08SCR diagnostics & repairs
On-site diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems, including dosing equipment, sensors, controls and system faults.
